It is important to us to keep the workshops cost-effective so that it is open to as many people as possible. One of the ways we do this is by using basic accommodation with simple food in a beautiful location. We also offer up to two Bursary places per workshop.
Es ist uns wichtig, die Workshops kostengünstig zu gestalten, damit sie möglichst vielen Menschen offenstehen. Eine Möglichkeit, dies zu erreichen, besteht darin, einfache Unterkünfte mit einfacher Verpflegung an einem schönen Ort zu nutzen. Außerdem bieten wir bis zu zwei subventionierte Plätze pro Workshop an.

​​When workshops are booked more than 9 months in advance, please be aware that the participation cost may be subject to change. Any change would be notified in writing to you at least 6 months before the group.

Achtung: Wenn Workshops mehr als 9 Monate im Voraus gebucht werden, kann sich die Teilnahmegebühr noch ändern. Etwaige Änderungen werden mindestens 6 Monate vor Beginn des Workshops schriftlich kommuniziert.
Final Payment / Restzahlung
The final payment for the workshop is due eight weeks before the workshop start date (unless you are on a payment plan). We will send you an email reminder before the payment is due, but you are responsible for making payment by the due date or stay in touch with us. If we do not receive your payment or hear from you by the final payment date, you will lose your place on the workshop and your full deposit.
Die Restzahlung für den Workshop ist acht Wochen vor Beginn des Workshops fällig (falls kein persönlicher Zahlungsplan abgesprochen wurde). Wir senden vor Fälligkeit eine E-Mail-Erinnerung, aber die Teilnehmer sind selbst dafür verantwortlich, die Zahlung fristgerecht zu leisten oder mit uns dazu in Kontakt zu bleiben. Wenn wir bis zum Fälligkeitsdatum keine Zahlung oder Nachricht erhalten, verliert man den Platz im Workshop sowie die gesamte Anzahlung.
Payment Plans / Zahlungspläne
We can offer monthly payment plans to spread the cost of the workshop. The final payment for a payment plan must be made by latest two week before the workshop start date.
Wir bieten monatliche Zahlungspläne an, um die Kosten des Workshops zeitlich zu verteilen. Die letzte Zahlung eines Zahlungsplans muss zwei Wochen vorher Beginn des Workshops erfolgt sein.
Cancellation Policy / Stornierungsbedingungen

Deposit cancellation policy/ Stornierung der Anzahlung:
The deposit is non-refundable. However, if a participant cancelled more than 56 days (8 weeks) before the workshop date, the amount of CHF 130 may be credited toward a future workshop, provided the participation takes place within one year from the date of the originally booked workshop.

Die Anzahlung verfällt bei Nicht-Teilnahme. Wenn Teilnehmer mehr als 56 Tage (8 Wochen) vor dem Workshop stornieren, dann können CHF 130 auf einen zukünftigen Workshop angerechnet, wenn dieser innerhalb eines Jahres ab dem ursprünglich gebuchten Workshop besucht wird.

Final payment cancellation policy/ Stornierung der Restzahlung :
Cancellation between 55 and 42 days before the workshop start date / Stornierung zwischen 55 und 42 Tagen vor Beginn des Workshops:
75% of your final payment can be refunded. (Final payment = full fee – down payment), or be transferred to another workshop within one year of the original workshop booked.

Cancellation between 41 and 15 days before the workshop start date / Stornierung zwischen 41 und 15 Tagen vor Beginn des Workshops :
50% of your payment is transferable to another Celebration of Being workshop within one year of the original workshop booked.
50 % Ihrer Zahlung können auf einen anderen „Celebration of Being“-Workshop übertragen werden, der innerhalb eines Jahres stattfindet
Cancellation 14 days or less before the workshop date / Stornierung 14 Tage oder weniger vor Beginn des Workshops: :
No refund or transfer.
Keine Rückerstattung oder Übertragung möglich.
To rebook following cancellation / Neubuchung nach Stornierung
It is your responsibility to contact Celebration of Being to re-book. If you would like to transfer your registration to another workshop you must re-book by emailing switzerland@celebrationofbeing.co.uk To qualify for the early sign-up discounts you must re-pay any deposit by the early sign-up date.
​If you do not rebook to a workshop that takes place within one year, any money we are holding will be transferred to the COB-Bursary fund.
Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Stornierenden, sich mit Celebration of Being in Verbindung zu setzen, um neu zu buchen. Wenn die ursprüngliche Anmeldung auf einen anderen Workshop übertragen werden soll, so muss dies per E-Mail switzerland@celebrationofbeing.co.uk neu gebucht werden. Um sich für Frühbucherrabatte zu qualifizieren, muss die Anzahlung bis zum Frühbucherdatum erneut geleistet sein.
Wenn kein Workshop für ein Datum innerhalb eines Jahres neu gebucht wird, dann wird das erhaltene Geld dem COB Stipendienfond zugeführt.
