UK Booking terms and cancellation policy
It is important to us to keep the workshops cost-effective so that it is open to as many people as possible. One of the ways we do this is by using basic accommodation with simple food in a beautiful location. We also offer two Bursary places per workshop.

Booking Terms:
Full payment for the workshop has to be made before the start of the workshop as follows:
Deposit to register
Participant £195
Space Holder £95
Space Holder Revisit £45

When workshops are booked more than 9 months in advance, please be aware that the participation cost may be subject to change. Any change would be notified to you at least 6 months prior to the group.
Final Payment
The final payment for the workshop is due eight weeks before the workshop start date (unless you are on a payment plan). We will send you an email reminder before the payment is due. You are responsible for making payment by the due date or to stay in touch with us. If we do not receive your payment or hear from you by the final payment date, you will lose your place on the workshop and your full deposit.

The final payment will be due in two amounts. You will pay £350 directly to The Leela Centre to cover the venue, accommodation and food for the weekend. The balance will be paid to Celebration of Being. Full payment details will be given to you in the reminder email.
Payment Plans
We can offer a monthly payment plan to spread the cost of the workshop for the amount due to Celebration Of Being. The final payment of a payment plan must be made two weeks before the workshop start date. The payment of £350 to be paid directly to The Leela Centre to cover the venue, accommodation, and food will need to be paid eight weeks before the workshop start date.
Cancellation Policy - Celebration of Being Payment
Deposit cancellation policy:
The first £95 of your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. As a participant, if you cancel more than 56 days (8 weeks) before the workshop the remaining £100 is transferable to a future workshop within one year of the original workshop booked.
Final payment cancellation policy:
Between 55 and 42 days prior to the workshop start date:
75% of your final payment can be refunded (less the non-refundable/transferable £195 deposit), or transferred to another workshop within one year of the original workshop booked.
Cancellation between 41 and 15 days prior to the workshop start date:
50% of your final payment is transferable to another Celebration of Being workshop within one year of the original workshop booked.
Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the workshop date:
No refund or transfer.
To rebook following cancellation
It is your responsibility to contact Celebration of Being to re-book. If you would like to transfer your registration to another workshop you must re-book by emailing: info@celebrationofbeing.co.uk. To qualify for the early sign up discounts you must re-pay any deposit by the early sign up date.

If you do not rebook within one year any money we are holding will be transferred to the Bursary fund.
Cancellation Policy - The Leela Centre Payment
If you cancel a booking giving more than 30 days’ notice, we will charge an administration fee of 10% of your total booking price (per person) and refund the balance of your payment.
If you cancel a booking between 30 and 7 days before the start of the event, we will charge an administration fee of 20% of your total booking price (per person) and refund the balance of your payment.
If you cancel a booking less than 7 days before the start of the event, we will charge an admin fee of 50% of your total booking price (per person) and refund the balance of your payment.
If you cancel on the start day of the group, once the group has started, or fail to show without giving us notice, we reserve the right to retain full payment.
